Description
Aerostat or aerodyne? Why does it matter if aircraft are lighter or heavier than air and how did a flight 12 seconds long make our world smaller? Discover the answers to these questions and more as we investigate flying machines and make one of our own.
During this half day class each student will receive a course booklet to help with our exploration of this subject and will create 2-3 works of art. As students leave, they will be taking with them their finished masterpiece(s), booklet and resources to continue exploring this topic at home!
