Thank you for looking around our online shop. We sell artisan goods, handcrafted by local and regional artist of the Upstate of South Carolina. Each item is uniquely made creating special characteristics, color differences and variations that will make your piece special to you. We do not take a photo of each piece, but like pieces will be show using a similar photo to represent them all. Any major differences will be explicit in the product listing.
Payment
For residence of South Carolina, a 6% sales tax will be added to in-store and online orders. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our WooCommerce secure checkout.
Pick Up / Shipping
Optional in-store pick up or shipping across the US, is available on all purchases made online. In-store pick up orders will be notified when your items are ready, normally within 1 business day of purchase unless your item is Back Ordered or marked as Print to Order. Pick ups will be at the TR Makers Co, 3 S Main Street, Travelers Rest, SC 29690, and will be available Wednesday through Saturday 10:30a-5:30p during store hours.
We ship across the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Unless an item is Back Ordered or marked as Print to Order, your package will be shipped within 4 business days of payment. Items marked Back Ordered or Print to Order normally ship within three weeks of payment. Back ordered items will receive an email if the item is going to take longer than three weeks to ship. Rush and international shipping may be available at an additional expenses, please email trmakersco@gmail.com with your shipping address, order details and when you need to receive the item. We will get a quote to you as soon as possible.
Exchanges / Returns
All online sales are final with the exception of a size exchanges. You may request a different size of the exact same item originally ordered. Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition received within 30 days of the shipping date. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the fault of TR Makers Co.
In-store purchases or online orders returned to the shop can receive store credit for a return as long as the merchandise is unworn, unwashed and in the same condition received. Returns and exchanges in-store must be received within 30 day of the purchase or shipping date.
Due to the nature of a custom order, being created specifically for you, these orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
