Description
This year our middle and high school students can gain skills in creating handmade works of art as well as learning to brand, package and sell just like a Maker! This 14 week after school series will take students on an in-depth exploration of 3 different makers techniques allowing them to try, create and experiment with making their own handmade works. As the semester progresses students will begin to focus on one technique they liked the best to create “products” that they will make, build packaging and branding, getting their goods ready to sell. At the end of each semester the TR Makers Co will host a Makers Market put on by our Junior students for all After School Makers to participate in talking about and selling their work.
Registration and Fees – PLEASE READ
$305 per semester with a $36 registration fee per child per year
- Registration is due with your first payment to hold a students’ space. Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Tuition fee includes all the tools, general material fees, market fees, weekly artist instruction and guest artist interactions.
- Tuition payment can be made in 4 payments of $70 (at registration, Sep 1st, Oct 1st and Nov 1st)
- Discount your tuition payment by 10% when you pay for a full semester at registration.
