Description

Explore personification and the power of words as we take a look at E.B. White’s classic children’s story Charlotte’s Web. We’ll learn about spider webs, weave a wall-sized word web about the things that each of us values in a friend, and then we’ll make web-inspired funnel cakes to enjoy as a snack.

During this half day class each student will receive a course booklet to help with our exploration of this subject and creation of our artwork. As students leave, they will be taking with them their finished masterpiece(s), booklet and resources to continue exploring this topic at home!
