Description

Athletic strength, political motives, commercialism and the arts, they are all a part of the Olympic Games past and present. You will learn more about the ancient Olympic Games and how our modern Olympic Games compare. Plus you will get to make a couple of souvenirs to help commemorate your favorite event, nation and sport.

During this half day class each student will receive a course booklet to help with our exploration of this subject and creation of our artwork. As students leave, they will be taking with them their finished masterpiece(s), booklet and resources to continue exploring this topic at home!
