Description

It is believed that macramé originated with 13th century Arabic weavers as a way to tie off loose ends of woven rugs.  In the last few years this lovely art has become wildly popular for its natural, unique aesthetic.  During this workshop, Stacey Hogue will be guiding us through the basic knots used in macramé as we apply them on a miniature level, using embroidery thread, cotton string, and beads to create a keychain, pair of earrings, or pendant for a necklace!

This project can be completed in 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs and is great for teens through adults.  Happy Hour will be from 10:30a to 12:30p.

***$36 – cost includes all materials, tools and instruction on basic macrame knots and patterns.***
