Description

Instrument making is an art form all to its own. We are excited to partner with Musician Darby Wilcox as we create our own ukulele to play! Each maker will come home with a handmade instrument and more knowledge of this fine instrument and the basics on how to play it. During this half day event, students will be learning these new techniques at age appropriate levels. Older students will be challenged to think outside the box and grow their own creative style.  Registration will continue until the Monday prior to class or until all spots are sold.

Guest Musician Darby Wilcox is a singer/songwriter from Greenville, SC. Using her soulful voice and booming stage presence, she has spent the last ten years dominating the upstate’s music scene.
