What Type of Event?
Small Group Event
This event type is only for 3 to 6 guests maximum. We have activities for ages 2 through adult, with adult supervision needed for any guests ages 2-3. Your small group event will include an artist to help teach the lesson, all art materials and supplies as well as the project time needed to complete your project. The cost for this type of event is based on the activity you choose and charged per person. Cost for each project can be seen on the Event Request page. Small group events are done while the shop is open and not considered private events; please be aware that customers will still be allowed into the shop during your event. A non-refundable deposit of half of the event fee is required to hold your group’s date and help us prepare for your activities. The final balance is due on the day of the event. Private Party (Birthday, Staff Appreciation, Family Reunions, and more!)
Birthday, staff appreciation, family reunion and more; we love hosting private parties here at the studio. This type of event includes 2 hours of private after-hours access to TR Makers Co, a project you select for you and your guests to complete (see list below), an artist to help teach the lesson, all art materials and supplies, set-up and clean-up of the studio. At our birthday parties, for any age, we also include a block printed tee that will be made for the birthday girl/boy during the event. In addition, we will also create a free personalized party invitation for you to print and send out to your invitees. The cost is $250.00 for up to 9 guests ages 4 and up. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to hold your party date and help us prepare for your activity. The final balance is due on the day of the party. Custom Experience (Field Trips, Homeschool Lessons, Staff Development, Artist Development and more!)
Let’s create an experience just for your group. This type of event is for in-studio and destination event requests. We have hosted special Play Date events, half day Makers events, field trips, homeschool lessons, staff development, and artist development at the studio. The cost for these events is given once we understand what type of event you are looking to have. We will work with you to make sure your group has the best time while here at TR Makers Co! Special Notes
Special Note for adult events: We can also have each party guest pay individually if preferred. Let us know if you would rather have an online payment option set up so your guests to use.
Special Note for children’s birthday parties: We want every child to have a great time while here making and creating, so we recommend keeping these parties under 16 guests. Parents of guests are not required to stay unless your child is 4 or under. Party hosts will be asked to stay during the duration of the event.
Food
We will have a table available for food and beverages. We will cover the table with a black table cloth, but you may bring in your own if you prefer. We do not supply any food or beverage for your private event unless specifically asked. We can cater and/or provide a selection of beverages at an additional fee.

Please select 1 of the projects below for your group to make on the day of your event. We cannot do mixed projects due to the instruction needed for each project.

Let’s create the ultimate selfie that is both a piece of pop art and faux stained glass. We will have fun taking photos of each guest or a group photo that then can be used to create your glass masterpiece. |
Come create magical mini-landscapes and craft some tiny inhabitants to live in them! We will work through using clay hand building techniques to create little animals, birds and more. Your terrarium will be layered with live matter, found objects and will be finished off with our clay creations. This project is well loved by both grown-ups and littles, alike. |

Using clay marbling techniques and impressions we will create several unique pieces of wearable art! Each of our clay creations will be fired and assembled in any number of ways including possibly earrings, a necklace, broach, bracelet, key chain or other piece. |

Recommended Ages: Ages 8 through Adult Learn the techniques of block carving and printmaking as you work to create a final masterpiece on fabric. You will be instructed, one-on-one, in taking your sketch, from paper to the block and then printed on your choice of bag, napkin, pillow or tee. |
