Description

Feel the rumble of the tracks as we ride the rails discovering deafening dynamite explosions, treacherous avalanches, and daring bridge-building feats that tested the limits of human courage and engineering genius along the path of the Transcontinental Railroad.

During this half-day class each student will receive a course booklet to help with our exploration of this subject and will create 2-3 works of art. As students leave, they will be taking with them their finished masterpiece(s), booklet and resources to continue exploring this topic at home!
