Description

The winter Olympics are coming up soon and athletes from around the world will be competing in over 100 events in 7 different sports. You get to take a closer look at the history of the Olympics games, past and present. What games were played in ancient Greece and what new games might appear in the 2022. You also get to pinpoint each of the participating nations on a piece of art work we will create in class!

During this half day class each student will receive a course booklet to help with our exploration of this subject and will create 2-3 works of art. As students leave, they will be taking with them their finished masterpiece(s), booklet and resources to continue exploring this topic at home!
