Description
What do robotic engineers, computer graphic designers, astronomers and jewelers have in common? Did you guess it… they know their shapes! Geometry is an important skill in each of these jobs and you are going to help investigate and prove it. Spend some time getting to know the shapes all around us as we study them from every angle, building with them, cut them and more.
During this half day class each student will receive a course booklet to help with our exploration of this subject and will create 2-3 works of art. As students leave, they will be taking with them their finished masterpiece(s), booklet and resources to continue exploring this topic at home!
